Internet Status โ August 13, 2026: All Clear
No meaningful internet-wide issues detected today, August 13, 2026. Core cloud and CDN providers โ AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Akamai โ report normal operations, as do GitHub, OpenAI, Discord, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Vercel, Heroku, DigitalOcean, Stripe, and Meta's business platforms. Crowd-sourced outage trackers show no unusual report activity, and there are no indications of BGP, DNS, or routing problems.
Two narrow, vendor-level items are ongoing, neither affecting general connectivity: Akamai is working through delays in TLS certificate provisioning (domain validation in its CPS system, ongoing since August 11 โ status.akamai.com), and Twilio is monitoring recovering voice-call delivery to Peru while investigating an IP-retrieval API issue affecting some EU email customers (status.twilio.com).
Recently resolved over the past 72 hours: Cloudflare restored Email Security delivery on August 12 after an upstream Spamhaus listing briefly disrupted mail flow (cloudflarestatus.com); GitHub fixed two short-lived issues on August 12 โ login and release-asset download errors, and 500 errors on some pull request and issue pages (githubstatus.com); Fastly resolved elevated errors in its API and configuration management on August 11; and Akamai cleared a brief edge-delivery disruption in India on August 12.
Bottom line: the internet is up and running normally.
