Cloudflare Workers AI is showing degraded availability on a couple of specific AI models. Core Cloudflare CDN, DNS, and network services are unaffected.

Twilio reports SMS delivery delays to specific carriers (Pelephone in Israel, now recovering; GTA Wireless in the US). This is carrier-specific and not internet-wide.

Discord: billing operation issues (resolved July 10).
