No widespread internet outage was detected on November 3, 2026. Core cloud, CDN and platform status pages were clear. The notable ongoing items are carrier-specific messaging and voice problems at Twilio and several open security advisories at Akamai.
Ongoing
Twilio (status.twilio.com): about a dozen open notices as of early Nov 3 (PST), mostly tied to individual carriers and countries. They include SMS delays to Brisanet (Brazil) and Entel (Bolivia), MMS receipt delays to GCI and C-Spire (US), voice failures to Digi.Mobil (Romania) and some Philippine networks, post-dial delay in Thailand, and degraded voice audio quality from some networks (recovering). Twilio also lists incorrect balances on some customer accounts (under investigation) and planned carrier maintenance in Mexico and Russia. The page was long, so we may not have read every entry.Akamai (akamaistatus.com): customer security advisories remain open, including CVE-2026-98432 (still under investigation as of Nov 2), Brotli, and F5/NGINX issues. Akamai also continues to monitor edge delivery between Indonesia and Singapore after a fix on Oct 25. Akamai's page shows no new incident today.Recently resolved
GitHub (githubstatus.com): elevated errors on GPT-5.4 Nano in Copilot and IDE surfaces on Nov 2, caused by an upstream model provider. Resolved.Discord (discordstatus.com): voice call connection issues on Oct 31. Resolved.Clear as of this check
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Cloudflare (scheduled maintenance at several data centers only), OpenAI, Anthropic, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Groq, Cohere and Stability AI showed no active incidents. Heroku, Stripe, ElevenLabs and Meta's status pages did not return readable incident data, and the Replicate and Cursor status addresses redirected elsewhere, so we could not confirm those. Our web searches found no dated reports of a cross-provider outage or BGP incident today.
The internet is up. Impact today is limited to specific carriers and regions.
