Twilio (status.twilio.com): Several carrier-specific incidents are still open. Silent Network Authentication is failing on Indosat (Indonesia), voice calls to Digi.Mobil (Romania) fail during weekday morning hours, and voice post-dial delay to Thailand has been open since Oct 12. Programmable Messaging and RCS Messaging are listed as degraded. These affect specific carriers and regions, not Twilio as a whole. The status page was truncated when read, so there may be more.Akamai (akamaistatus.com): Four items are open. Three are customer security advisories, covering CVE-2026-98432, Brotli remote code execution vulnerabilities and F5/NGINX vulnerabilities. Akamai says a significant majority of its platform is not affected by the Brotli issue and is still assessing the others. A fix for Edge Delivery issues between Indonesia and Singapore was applied Oct 25 and is being monitored. Heroku, Stripe, ElevenLabs and Meta status pages did not return readable content, and the Cursor and Replicate addresses redirected elsewhere, so we could not confirm their state.
