Twilio (status.twilio.com): several carrier-specific messaging incidents are open, including SMS delays and failures to Claro Brazil (fix in progress), SMS delays to Claro Costa Rica, MMS delays on some long codes to C-Spire and GCI (US), voice post-dial delay to Thailand, and SMS delays to Cellcom (Israel) and Indian networks (both recovering). These are regional carrier issues, not a global Twilio outage.

Akamai (akamaistatus.com): edge delivery degradation between Indonesia and Singapore is in Monitoring status after a fix was applied at 13:11 UTC on Oct 25. Akamai also has two open security advisories (Node.js Brotli and F5/NGINX vulnerabilities) under investigation, with no customer impact reported so far.
