Twilio Regional Delays Ongoing

No internet-wide outage was detected on October 24, 2026. Major cloud and platform providers report all systems operational, with several incidents resolved over the past 72 hours.

Ongoing: Twilio's status page (status.twilio.com) lists several unresolved regional incidents: SMS/MMS delivery delays in Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, India (short codes) and parts of the US, plus voice post-dial delay in Chile and Thailand. These are carrier-specific and regional, not global. Akamai (akamaistatus.com) has two open security advisories (Node.js Brotli and F5/NGINX vulnerabilities) but reports no service outage or confirmed customer impact.

Recently resolved: Cloudflare (cloudflarestatus.com) resolved a minor network performance issue in Ashburn (Oct 24, 01:01-03:09 UTC) and a major-rated network connectivity incident affecting North America (Oct 23, 15:47-18:43 UTC). Anthropic (status.claude.com) reported brief elevated errors on several Claude models (Oct 23 23:28 UTC to Oct 24 05:35 UTC), all resolved. GitHub (githubstatus.com) resolved a Copilot Grok model availability issue early Oct 24 and Actions/Dependabot delays on Oct 23. Zoom resolved a vendor-related service degradation on Oct 23. Vercel resolved delayed logs on Oct 23.

No active incidents were reported at AWS (status page could not be read, no news found), Google Cloud, Azure, OpenAI, Discord, Atlassian, Slack, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Cursor, Groq or Cohere. Stripe, Heroku, Meta, ElevenLabs and Replicate pages could not be read, so their status is unconfirmed. Web searches and BGP queries found no current routing incidents.
