**Cloudflare — Asia-Pacific network performance (day 3):** Cloudflare opened an incident on September 23 for network performance degradation in Asia-Pacific. Its latest update (Sept 25, 08:50 UTC) says it continues to mitigate intermittent connectivity problems for a small subset of customers, caused by significant loss of capacity in the region. Cloudflare has not named a root cause. Akamai also has two open APAC items from September 22: origin connectivity errors (now monitoring) and higher latency during upstream-provider maintenance in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. No major BGP or DNS events were found. Crowd-sourced reports show only scattered, service-specific complaints (e.g., AccuWeather, NTT, Turk Telekom), with no sign of a broad outage.
